HMSHost's First Project in Singapore Highlights Regional Food and Beverage Culture

Singapore_changi_airport HMSHost Corporation will expand its international reach in the concessions market with new contracts in Singapore at the Changi Singapore International Airport, Terminals 2 and 3, beginning in January 2008. The award of these new contracts marks HMSHost’s entry into the Singapore aviation market.

The HMSHost Changi concessions package is a unique combination of renowned international brands that will be familiar to seasoned travelers as well as local and regional specialties indigenous to the Southeast Asian food and beverage culture, including:

  • Sushi Sushi (Terminal 1) - An international quick service restaurant concept with a contemporary Zen-like atmosphere, Sushi Sushi serves California rolls and sushi hand rolls as well as fresh raw local fish, seafood salads and sushi platters that are designed to be shared, all complemented by a selection of Japanese tea.
  • Boost Juice (Terminal 1) - The largest and fastest growing juice bar company in the Southern Hemisphere, Boost Juice is an Australian brand serving healthy juices and smoothies that are approximately 98% fat free and created without preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
  • Tiger Champions Bar (Terminal 3) - A joint partnership with Asia Pacific Breweries, Tiger Champion Bar is a leading regional brand with 34 breweries in operation. The Tiger Champions Bar concept is themed and supported around the Power Beer Brand “Tiger Beer” and the Fan Club “Tiger FC.” Both are internationally recognized brands backed by affiliation with renowned football clubs in Barcelona and Arsenal. This location will be the first Tiger Beer branded bar in an airport.
  • Ya Kun Kaya Toast (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3) - Ya Kun Kaya is a well-established Asian Pacific toast and teahouse with a long and celebrated history in the market. The restaurant will feature an open exhibition kitchen allowing travelers to see traditional Asian toasts being grilled where savory and sweet fillings are sandwiched between two pieces of toast and served hot. This inventive quick service restaurant also prepares hard and soft-boiled eggs, coffee, hot tea and iced beverages. Ya Kun Kaya Toast is a new brand at Changi.
  • Guylian Belgium Chocolate Café (Terminal 3) - Based on the leading international premium chocolate brand, the Guylian Belgium Chocolate Café will reflect a prestigious unique concept where passengers can enjoy a complete range of Guylian products. The unique Guylian Chocolate range can be enjoyed in their desserts, ice creams and chocolate drinks. Passengers will be able to experience the quality and creativity in the recipes created by Belgian top chef Peter Gossens as well as branded retail products.
  • Gloria Jeans (Terminal 2) - Gloria Jeans is the chic coffee house of choice in Australia and one of the most sought-after international brands in the world. A full menu of specialty coffee drinks, fruit tarts, rolls, cookies, pastries and European-styled baked goods, along with gourmet juices, sparkling water and a selection of pre-packaged salads and sandwiches are showcased for the on-the-go traveler.
  • Imperial Treasure Congee and Hong Kong Noodles (Terminal 1) and Imperial Treasure La Mian Xiao Long Bao & (Terminal 3) - Imperial Treasure Congee and Hong Kong Noodles and Imperial Treasure La Mian Xiao Long Bao offer regional cuisine including Cantonese, Teochew and Shanghainese choices. Travelers will enjoy the open kitchen and theatre of Chinese and Hong Kong chefs making homemade noodles. The restaurant enjoys strong brand awareness in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

hms host in singapore is one of the biggest company in changi airport,but you don't know how the management do to there own staff.i hope all the directors will do some action about this things.because i heard all the heartache of your staff when i was eating in one of your outlet.they say that they never receive any service charge and tips.then,they never appreciate all the hard word that they do to your company.most of your staff is good in customer service and very hard working.i just want to help them.thank you.please do some action about this issues.
