Duni Strengthens Board

Sweden-based Duni appoints Pia Rudengren and Harry Klagsbrun as new board members.

Pia Rudengren is appointed new board member of the Duni board. Pia Rudengren has been working as Deputy CEO of W Capital Management and as Financial Director within Investor.

She is today chairman of the Q-Med board and board member in Biophausia, Zodiak Television and Varyag Resources.

Harry Klagsbrun, Senior Partner at EQT Partners, has also been appointed new board member in Duni. Harry Klagsbrun has been Deputy CEO and member of the SEB management responsible for the Asset Management Division. Previous to that Harry Klagsbrun served as group chief executive of the Alfred Berg Group and was before that responsible for the Corporate Finance business within Handelsbanken.

Pia Rudengren and Harry Klagsbrun have extensive experience from working within listed companies and will contribute to the Duni board with their knowledge about the capital market.

Other board members in Duni are Peter Nilsson, chairman of the board, Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, Göran Lundqvist, Dr. Gerold Linzbach, Gun Nilsson as well as the employee representatives Göran Andreasson and Per-Åke Halvordsson. DUNI
