Alpha Awarded Heathrow Contract by UA

Alpha Flight Services has been awarded a three year contract extension by United Airlines to provide catering services for its flights from London Heathrow, commencing on 1st January 2008.

Alpha will provide a full meal service for United Airlines’ daily programme of nine flights, flying from Heathrow to Washington Dulles, Chicago O’Hare, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Alpha will cater for first, business and economy class.

The contract sees the continuation of United Airlines’ and Alpha’s relationship, as Alpha has serviced the airline since it began its London Heathrow operations in 1991.

Peter Williams, Chief Executive of Alpha, said: “We’re pleased that Alpha will be able to continue to work with United Airlines, a valued customer at a key airport location. The 20 year length of our relationship with United is testament to Alpha’s service and quality standards.”  ALPHA
