Virgin Nigeria Moves Operations At Gatwick To The North Terminal

Virgin_nigeria Virgin Nigeria will commence full operations from the North Terminal on 1 May 2007. This move will enable passengers connecting to and from Europe and North America to transit far more easily to their Virgin Nigeria flights from Gatwick.

Virgin Nigeria is the registered, fully private sector flag carrier of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, owned 51% by Nigerian Institutional shareholders and 49% by Virgin Atlantic.

Commenting on the move, Conrad Clifford, Chief Executive Officer, Virgin Nigeria said:

“This is another significant improvement in customer experience for passengers travelling with Virgin Nigeria.  Gatwick’s North Terminal will offer our passengers convenience and flexibility with connections to over 200 destinations worldwide.”

The North Terminal at London Gatwick airport is spacious, airy and modern with excellent facilities, offering a seamless journey through the airport.

Virgin Nigeria has been operating flights from Gatwick since November 2005 and flies direct to Lagos daily.
